My search for ripe bananas was successful yesterday and last night I made this yummy banana loaf. It is yummy, really moist and very bananaeee, I had to eat 3 pieces when I got back from Yoga. It is dairy free too, in that it doesn't contain any butter.

Today Lizzie's Tea Party delivered an order of cupcakes for an event this evening. Cakes were chocolate and vanilla, with blue and green icing and sugarcraft letters and stars.

Had an order last week for a Sultana cake, after a bit of practicing and getting the cooking time right in the oven (30 mins as indicated in the recipe, was definitely not long enough) it tasted lovely. So thats another one for the repertoire!
