What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday, making cupcakes with two lovely girls from the west!
The lovely ladies arrived at 10am and they started by baking some yummy vanilla cupcakes from scratch, the girls did everything themselves from measuring to mixing. Once the cakes were baking in the oven, we started some sugarcrafting, first colouring lots of icing, with a variety of colours, we then made, roses, daisies, stars, lovehearts, glitter balls, shoes, letters and much more.
Sugarcrafting is hungry work, so we took a break for some homemade soup and sandwiches. In the afternoon we made and coloured butter icing and loaded up our piping bags ready to decorate our bare little cupcakes and here are the magnificent finished treasures, ready to be devoured!
