Commissum tea and cakes…
Today Lizzie's Tea Party catered for a meeting at Commissum, who provide information security services. The meeting was for 8 people, so I baked a gluten free lemon drizzle cake, gluten free rocky road bars and some special vanilla Lizzie's Tea Party cupcakes, I used Commissum's corporate yellow for today's buttercream swirls.

The Sultana Cake
Had an order last week for a Sultana cake, after a bit of practicing and getting the cooking time right in the oven (30 mins as indicated in the recipe, was definitely not long enough) it tasted lovely. So thats another one for the repertoire!
