8th birthday cupcakes
21st Medicine cupcakes!
This box of chocolate and vanilla 21st cupcakes were delivered on Saturday. The birthday girl is studying medicine, so I used a syringe, red cross, stethoscope, pills, plaster etc in sugar craft, she loved them x
