What a lovely evening listening to Prue Leith being interviewed about her life and how much she has achieved, amazing woman.
Also impressed with the new (to me) campus of Queen Margaret University. Brought back many memories from 1993-1997. We didn’t even have the internet when we first started 😂 now there are computers everywhere!!
