Today I did a cupcake icing demonstration at a day care centre in Morningside.
I prepared all the cupcake bases on Friday, so they were ready to be iced and decorated. Firstly I demonstrated how to ice the cupcakes and then everyone loved having a chance to decorate their individual cupcake, with their own unique design. We used pink and yellow icing for the fancy swirls and then lots of sugarcraft to decorate and enhance the designs. Of course the best part of the day, was all sitting down together to eat our own little cupcake with a cup of tea. Perfect!
